Santianna Clay

If you need a new beginning, are trying to grow, and want to take hold of your treatment, Santianna is your counselor. Santianna is an empathetic, knowledgeable, and passionate clinical and mental health counselor. She has experience with intake assessments, psychological assessments, crisis intervention, case management, and diagnosis and treatment planning. You don’t have to have all the answers because figuring out the complex parts will be what we do together. Treatment can consist of gaining new coping skills throughout your daily life, healing from past traumas, and achieving more profound self-awareness, self-compassion, and positive self-esteem. My approach centers on self-reflection, strong self- and social connection, and open communication as a means to growth and healing. I will remind you that you, and only you, are the experts of your experiences. My role is that of a catalyst, for you to learn how to advocate for your autonomy with independence and connect to your truth with authenticity. Counseling is a space to find healing and experience growth and transformation in life. I would be honored to navigate this process alongside you!
